Founder Ben Fernando spent over two decades in corporate finance while turning his attention to real estate, starting not with a skyscraper, but a distressed 4-plex he restored while balancing his finance career.

Project after project, one principle became clear: with vision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail, anything can be transformed into enduring value.

That belief, combined with his passion for real estate, grew into a company. Today, Beauty4Ashes owns and manages a diverse portfolio of single-family homes, multifamily communities, adaptive reuse projects, and high-performing rental assets across multiple states, which are all guided by excellence, integrity, and long-term value.
